Registrations come from the invitation, but attendance comes from the reminders. We write an invitation that sells the reason to come, plus confirmation and reminder emails a week, a day and an hour before, each with the date, time zone, place or join link up front.

What we need from you
The event type, date, time and time zone, venue or online platform, program or speakers, price or free entry, and the registration link.
We will ask you:

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Does this work for webinars and conferences alike?
Yes. For online events we focus on the join link and time zones, for venues on address, parking and what to bring.
Can you write reminders for a paid ticket event?
Yes, the invitation then carries the price, early-bird deadline and refund terms you give us.
Will you send the emails?
No, you send them from your email or event tool. We give texts and the send schedule.
