About this service
Most B2B deals stall after a good demo because the follow-up is a vague "just checking in". We write a recap that repeats the prospect's own problem and agreed next step, then a short sequence that adds value each time: a relevant case, an answer to an open question, a material for their boss, and a polite break-up email.
What is included
- What you getA recap email template plus follow-up emails with subject lines and the number of days between them, with placeholders for the prospect's details.
- Recap emailTheir problem, your answer, the next step
- Value-add follow-upsA case, an answer or a resource each time
- Champion helperA short summary they can forward to the boss
- Break-up emailCloses the loop and often gets a reply
How it works
- 1BriefYou describe the deal process and objections
- 2CadenceWe plan what each touch adds
- 3WritingWe write the recap and follow-ups
What we need from you
What you sell and to whom, how a typical call or demo goes, common objections after it, the next step you want (trial, proposal, contract) and one or two client cases.
We will ask you:
- What happens on your typical call or demo?
- What do prospects say when they stall?
- What is the next step you want after the call?

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.
- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you write them in my CRM?
No, we deliver texts with placeholders. You add them as templates in HubSpot, Pipedrive or any CRM yourself.
Is this for after a cold email too?
This sequence is for prospects you have already spoken to. For first contact, a cold outreach sequence fits better.
How long should I wait between follow-ups?
Usually two to four business days early on, then longer. The cadence in your package sets it per email.
