About this service
A festival, conference, fair or concert series that comes back every year is easier to recognise when the poster looks like last year's, so we keep its layout, colours, title style and decorative elements and put in the new edition: the year or edition number, dates, venue, lineup or speakers, and ticket information. Upload a photo or screenshot of last year's poster and write every new detail exactly, and we draw only those, replacing the old dates and names. Each PNG is made from one of your pictures, at about 1.5 megapixels in the shape of that poster, for social posts, the website and email, not for large prints; it is redrawn, so small text, small artwork details and logos can shift slightly.
What is included
- What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 event posters in last year's style as PNG files of about 1.5 megapixels, for example the main poster and versions for each day or city. If you send fewer posters than the package has, the extra pictures are further variants from the same one.
- Recognisable lookLast year's layout, colours and title style kept
- New edition detailsNew dates, venue and year in place of the old ones
- Lineup or speakersNames as a short list, headliners larger
- Ticket linePrice, website or where to buy, as you write it
- Versions per day or citySeveral posters in the same style in a larger package
How it works
- 1Last year's posterYou upload it and list the new details
- 2New posterWe replace the old edition with the new one in the same style
- 3RevisionsYou check dates, names and prices and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
Up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF) of last year's poster, sharp and whole, or of its square and story versions if you have them. Write the event name, edition, dates, times, venue, lineup and ticket line exactly as they should appear, and what must change from last year.
We will ask you:
- What are the new dates, times and venue?
- Which names, sessions or acts go on the poster, and who is the headliner?
- What should change from last year, and what must stay?
- Where will the poster be used?

Questions and answers
Can you keep the sponsors' logos from last year?
No, we don't draw other brands' logos, so sponsor and partner logos are left out; your own event logo carries over, redrawn, so check its shape. Ask for an empty sponsor strip, and add the official logo files there yourself in your own editor.
Last year's poster has photos of the acts. What happens to them?
Each poster is made from one picture, last year's poster, so new photos of performers or speakers can't be added, and names go on as text. Tell us to replace last year's faces with shapes or artwork, so the new poster doesn't show people who aren't taking part.
How much text can the poster carry?
A title and up to about 8-10 short blocks: the edition, dates, venue, a few headline names and the ticket line. A full lineup of 40 acts won't be readable; small print and complex scripts can come out imperfect and Latin-script languages work best, so check every date and name, as there is no PSD or Canva file to edit.
Is there anything you won't put on a poster?
We don't add fake reviews, ratings or awards, and we don't recreate tickets, passes, certificates or official forms. Send only a poster you have the right to use; another event's poster serves only as a style sample, never for its logo, brand or texts.
