Whiteboard sketch turned into an infographic
Client: an online store explaining delivery to customers. Task: turn a phone photo of a process sketched on the office whiteboard into a clean infographic for the delivery page.
The client and all details are made up.
About this service
A process drawn on a whiteboard or a notepad after a meeting usually has the right steps but crossed-out boxes, crowded arrows and handwriting only the team can read, so we redraw it as a neat diagram: numbered steps in boxes, clear arrows, decision points with yes and no branches and short labels. Take a sharp photo of your sketch and type the step names exactly as they should read, and we keep your order and connections, without adding steps of our own. Each PNG is made from one of your pictures, at about 1.5 megapixels in the shape of that photo; it is redrawn, so small labels can shift slightly and need your check.
What is included
- What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 tidy process diagrams as PNG files of about 1.5 megapixels, each made from one photo of your sketch. If you send fewer photos than the package has, the extra pictures are further variants of the same diagram.
- Clean boxes and arrowsEvery step in its own box, with as few crossing lines as possible
- Decision pointsYes and no branches shown clearly
- Your order keptSteps and links as on your sketch, nothing added
- Readable labelsYour handwriting replaced with short typed labels
- Ready to shareFor a wiki page, a slide, onboarding notes or a client email
How it works
- 1Photo of the sketchYou upload the photo and type the steps
- 2DiagramWe redraw it as a neat process diagram
- 3RevisionsYou check each step and arrow and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), taken straight on, in good light, with the whole sketch in the frame. Type the steps in order exactly as they should read, with the decision questions and their branches, for example 'Approved? Yes: step 4; No: back to step 2'.
We will ask you:
- What are the steps, in order?
- Where are the decision points, and where does each branch lead?
- Any roles or lanes to show?
- In which language, and where will it be used?

- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.

Questions and answers
How many steps fit in one diagram?
Up to about 10 short steps or blocks, each with a few words, read best; a process with 20 steps is clearer split into two or three diagrams, each from its own photo, in a larger package. Small labels and complex scripts can come out imperfect, and Latin-script languages work best, so check each label.
Can you show swimlanes for different teams?
Yes, if you mark them on the sketch or list them in the brief, we arrange the steps in lanes such as Sales, Warehouse and Finance. Keep the lane names short, and expect a simple, clear diagram rather than a full BPMN chart with every notation symbol.
Will I get a Visio, Miro or Lucidchart file?
No, the result is a finished PNG picture, not an editable diagram file, so the boxes and arrows can't be moved later. Check every step and arrow and ask for a revision; if the process will keep changing, you can rebuild it in your own diagram tool using our picture as a guide.
What can't you turn into a diagram?
Send only sketches you have the right to use, such as your own team's whiteboard; a diagram from another company's material can serve only as a style sample, without its logo, brand or texts. We don't recreate official forms, certificates or receipts and don't add other brands' logos or fake ratings. Safety or legal procedures stay your content and responsibility: we draw the steps you give, without advice.
