About this service

A spreadsheet table or a default chart from Excel or Google Sheets is accurate but hard to read at a glance, so we turn it into an infographic with a clear title, the key figures as large labels, simple bars, lines or pies and short notes on what changed. We use only the numbers from your screenshot and brief, show the few that matter most if the table is large, and write exact values as labels, because the charts are illustrative and follow your numbers without being exact to the pixel. Each PNG is made from one of your pictures, at about 1.5 megapixels in its shape, and is redrawn, so small digits and labels can shift slightly and need your check.

Questions and answers

My table has 40 rows. Will everything fit?

No, an infographic carries a title and up to about 8-10 short blocks, so we show the rows you choose, such as the top five products or the totals per quarter. For more data, split it across several pictures in a larger package, with one screenshot for each.

Will the chart be exact?

The charts are illustrative: bars, lines and pie slices follow your numbers and their order, but are not measured to the pixel. That is why exact values go on as labels; check each one against your table, and revisions fix any mistake.

Can I edit the numbers in the picture later?

No, the numbers are drawn into the PNG, not linked to your spreadsheet, and there is no editable Excel, PowerPoint or Canva file. Small digits and long labels can come out imperfect, and Latin-script languages work best, so check the result and ask for a revision.

What data can't you show?

Only figures you have the right to use, and only as you give them: we don't round, invent or improve numbers, and we don't recreate receipts, certificates, bank statements or official forms. We don't add other brands' logos or fake ratings and awards; a chart from someone else's report can serve only as a style sample, without its brand or texts.
