Welcome and spring sale emails for a ceramics shop
Client: Juniper & Oak, a small online shop of handmade ceramics and home goods. Task: two emails for their mailing service: a welcome email with 10% off the first order and a spring sale email with 20% off vases and planters, in sand, terracotta and olive.
The client and all details are made up.
About this service
A fitness club newsletter keeps members coming and reminds those who have stopped. We write and build it from your brief: new classes with their days and times, timetable changes, a challenge or open day, a membership or trial offer with your exact terms, and buttons that call the front desk, open a messenger or lead to your own class sign-up link. Workout pictures are drawn for the email in an energetic style, or your own club photos are used. Tables 600 px wide, one column on phones, an unsubscribe link placeholder. We do not promise weight loss or other results, do not invent coaches, prices or schedules, and the email has no class booking of its own.
What is included
- What you getA ZIP archive with the HTML of each email and its pictures, and a preview on the order page.
- Classes and timetableDays, times and halls from your brief, as a clear table
- Offers with your termsMembership or trial prices and end dates exactly as you give them
- Sign-up buttonsFront desk phone, messenger or your own booking link
- Energetic picturesDrawn for the email, or your own club photos
- Unsubscribe linkA placeholder in the footer that you replace with your service's own link
How it works
- 1BriefYou give the classes, times, offers and how members sign up
- 2Emails and previewWe write the texts, draw the pictures and build the emails for you to look through
- 3ArchiveYou check every time and price, download the archive and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
What the email is about, the classes with days, times, halls and coach names as they should appear, any offer with its price and end date, your address, front desk phone and sign-up link, and the sender's details for the footer. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of your club and coaches that you have the right to use.
We will ask you:
- What is the news?
- Classes and times
- Any offer?
- How do people sign up?
- Sender's details for the footer

- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.

Questions and answers
Can members book a class from the email?
Not in the email itself. The button calls the front desk, opens a messenger or leads to the booking link or app page you already use.
Can the email promise results, like minus 5 kg in a month?
No. We write about the classes, the atmosphere and your offer, not health results or before-and-after promises.
Will the pictures show our real coaches?
Only in your own photos. Drawn pictures show people working out in general, not your coaches, and coach names come from your brief.
How does the timetable look on a phone?
It is a simple table that stays readable: a row per day with the classes and times. A large weekly timetable is better as a link to your site.
Do you send the newsletter?
No. Sending, your member list and your mailing service stay with you, and the unsubscribe link placeholder is replaced with your service's own link.
