We design vertical mock-ups of the service emails an online store sends after a purchase: order confirmation, shipped, out for delivery and delivered or review request. These emails are opened almost every time, so a branded design makes them feel like part of your store and gives room for a small cross-sell block. Order lines, totals, tracking numbers and addresses are placeholders, because your store platform fills them in from each order.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Will this change my store’s emails?
Not by itself. We give design pictures; you or your developer edit the notification templates in your store platform to match them.
Why are order details placeholders?
Real order lines, totals and tracking numbers are inserted by your store for each customer, so the design only shows where they go.
Can I get just one email first?
Yes, the basic package covers two variants of one email, such as the order confirmation.
