Client: Juniper & Oak, a small online shop of handmade ceramics and home goods. Task: two emails for their mailing service: a welcome email with 10% off the first order and a spring sale email with 20% off vases and planters, in sand, terracotta and olive.

About this service
An online school newsletter helps students choose a course and not miss the start. We write and build it from your brief: the course name, who it is for and what it covers, the start date, length and format, the price and any early price with its end date, a free lesson or webinar, and a button to your course page or enrolment link. Pictures are drawn for the email in your style, or your own photos of the teachers are used. Tables 600 px wide, one column on phones, an unsubscribe link placeholder. We never promise jobs, incomes or results, never invent teachers, reviews or student numbers, and the email itself takes no payment or sign-up.

What we need from you
The course name, who it is for, the topics or modules, start date, length, format and price, any early price or instalment terms, free lesson or webinar details, teacher names and short bios as they should appear, and the enrolment link. Also the sender's details for the footer exactly as they should appear. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of the teachers or lessons that you have the right to use.
We will ask you:

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the email promise a job or salary after the course?
No. We describe what the course covers and how it is taught, not jobs, incomes or guaranteed results.
Can students pay or enrol in the email?
No: an email has no forms or payment. The button leads to your course page, enrolment link or a messenger.
Can we include student reviews?
Only real reviews you give us and may publish, with the names as the students agreed. We do not write or invent reviews.
Can it link to a free lesson video?
Yes: email programs do not play video, so the email has a picture with a play sign that leads to the lesson on your site or platform.
Can I reuse the emails for the next intake?
Yes. It is plain HTML: change the dates, prices and links in your mailing service's code editor before sending.
