About this service
We design a vertical mock-up of a fundraising email for a charity, foundation or community project: a moving drawn scene, a short headline about the cause, a progress bar toward the goal, suggested gift amounts and a clear “Donate” button. A donation email has to make the reader feel the need and see the impact of a small gift, without shocking images. The story text, figures and amounts are placeholders you fill in.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you use photos of the people or animals we help?
We do not edit photos. We draw a respectful scene; you can add your own photos in the email tool if you have consent to use them.
Will the progress bar update by itself?
No, it is part of the picture. Set the real figure each time you send, or use your donation platform’s live widget on the landing page.
Can there be a thank-you email in the same style?
Yes, the larger packages include more emails, such as the appeal, a reminder and a thank-you with results.
