About this service

An HTML email is a letter with a design that you send to your subscribers through a mailing service such as Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo, or from Gmail. Tell us what the email is about, who gets it and where its buttons should lead, and we make it whole: the texts, pictures drawn for it and the code. The email is built the way email programs need: a table layout 600 px wide with the styles written on each element, which turns into one column on phones, buttons made as links, pictures with alt text, a short preview line and a footer with your details and a placeholder for the unsubscribe link. When your package has several emails, they share one style and the pictures drawn for the order. Before you download, you can look through every email on the order page. You get an archive with the HTML of each email and its pictures: you upload the pictures to your mailing service and import or paste the HTML there. The texts are written from your brief: we never invent prices, discounts, dates or reviews. Emails have no scripts, forms or video, as email programs do not run them. We do not send the emails, set up your mailing service or collect subscribers, and you get the code, not a Figma or Photoshop file.

What we need from you

What each email is about and who gets it, the offer with its prices, dates or promo codes if they should be shown, where every button should lead, and the sender's details for the footer exactly as they should appear: company name, address, contacts. Colours or an email you like, if any. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of your products that you have the right to use.

We will ask you:

  • What is the email about?
  • Who gets it?
  • Which facts should the email show?
  • Where should the buttons lead?
  • Sender's details for the footer
  • Colours and style you like

Questions and answers

How do I use it in Mailchimp, Brevo or another service?

Upload the pictures from the archive to your mailing service's file manager or to your site, then create a campaign with your own HTML, import or paste the email's code, and point each picture to its new address. Most services have an option to import HTML or code your own email.

Will the email look the same in every email program?

Email programs show emails a little differently, so we build them the way most of them read well: tables, inline styles, system fonts and plain buttons. Send a test to yourself, for example to Gmail, Outlook and a phone, before you send it to your list.

How does the unsubscribe link work?

The footer has an Unsubscribe link with a placeholder address. Replace it with your mailing service's own unsubscribe link or tag; most services ask for one in every email and show where to put it.

Do you send the emails for me?

No. We make the emails; sending them, your list of subscribers and your mailing service account stay with you. We do not log in to your accounts.

Can the email have a video, a form or a countdown?

No: email programs do not run scripts, forms or video. Instead the email can have a picture or a button that leads to your video, your site or a messenger.

Can I edit the email later?

Yes. It is plain HTML: texts, links and pictures can be changed in your mailing service's code editor or in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes on the order page.

Which pictures can I send?

Only pictures you have the right to use: your own logo and photos. We do not copy other companies' sites, logos or photos; a site you like is used only as a hint for the style.
