About this service
On eBay the first photo becomes the gallery thumbnail in search, so a clear, well-lit item on a plain light background helps your listing stand out among dozens of similar ones. We turn your phone snapshot into a tidy main photo: the item centred and filling most of the square, with even light and a soft shadow, while the item itself, including its wear and its colour, stays exactly as it is. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels (around 1200 x 1200 pixels), fine for eBay and screens but not for large prints, and since the picture is redrawn, small text, serial stickers and logos on the item can change slightly.

Questions and answers
Does eBay accept a picture like this?
eBay's picture policy asks for photos that show the actual item and does not allow added borders or text, so our main photo has none. It also sets a minimum size and updates its rules, so check the current policy before you list.
Should I still add my own photos of a used item?
Yes. The picture is redrawn, so a tiny scratch or a worn corner can come out a little different. Keep your own close-ups of any wear in the gallery, so buyers see exactly what they will get.
What can't you do with my photos?
We never hide defects or add parts, accessories or a box the item doesn't come with. We don't work with documents or IDs and never change receipts, add no nudity and never put in a celebrity or another real person. Send only photos you have the right to use, not pictures from other sellers' listings; every picture keeps a full background.
