About this service
A crumpled shirt on a bed does not sell. Send a photo of your garment or textile, worn, on a hanger or just lying around, and we turn it into a clean shop picture in one of two styles. Flat lay: the garment seen from above, smoothed and neatly laid out on a plain or textured background, with optional props such as sunglasses, a belt or a plant. Ghost mannequin: the garment shaped as if worn by an invisible figure, showing its fit and volume. It works for clothing, kids' clothing, lingerie and swimwear, scarves, towels, bedding and other textiles. You upload up to 5 photos (PNG, JPEG or WebP), and each finished picture is made from one of them. You get PNG images of about 1.5 megapixels, e.g. about 1200 x 1200 pixels for a square: good for screens, marketplaces and social media, not for large prints. The picture is redrawn, so the garment keeps its colour, print and cut, but small details can differ: buttons, stitching, labels and small prints may change slightly; check the result and ask for a revision.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP: one garment per photo, sharp, well lit and fully in the frame, with the front visible. Tell us the style (flat lay or ghost mannequin), the background, any props, the shape of the picture and what must stay exactly as it is, such as the print or the label.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
What is a ghost mannequin picture?
The garment is shown in 3D, as if worn by an invisible figure, so buyers see the fit and the neckline without a model or a mannequin.
Can you show the back of the garment too?
Yes, if you send a photo of the back. Each picture is made from one photo, so we cannot show a side that is not in any of your photos.
Will the props be part of the product?
No, props are decor only. Ask for no props if buyers might think they are included.
Can you hide a defect or make the product look better than it is?
No. We never make a product look different from what the buyer will get: we do not hide defects, change its size or colour, or add features, parts or accessories it does not have. If something on the product came out different, ask for a revision.
Which photos won't you work with?
We do not make photos for passports, IDs, visas or other documents, and we never change documents, certificates or receipts. No nudity or sexual content, nothing that makes minors look suggestive, and we never put in a celebrity or another real person. Our pictures always have a full background, so a transparent PNG is not available.
Can I send any photo?
Send only photos you have the right to use, and get the permission of any people in them. Photos taken from other sellers, brands or websites are not suitable.
