About this service
Walmart Marketplace expects the main product image to show the product alone on a pure white background, and that one image appears in search, on the product page and in the app. We make your product photo into that kind of image: the product centred and filling most of the square, with even light, a soft shadow and nothing else in view, while its shape, colour and packaging stay as they are. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels (around 1200 x 1200 pixels), suited to screens but not for large prints; Walmart may ask for larger images for zoom, so check its current minimum, and because the picture is redrawn, small print on the pack can change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, where the whole product or pack is sharp and the front label faces the camera. Tell us the item and its variants, whether the main image shows only the product or the product with its retail box, and which details must stay exactly as they are.

Questions and answers
Will the image pass Walmart's review?
We make it to the usual main image rules: white background, product only, no added text or badges. Walmart sets its own image guidelines, including the minimum size for zoom, changes them and decides on every listing, so check the current Seller Center guide and tell us what it asks.
Can the main image show the product bigger or with extra items?
No. The main image shows only what the buyer receives, at its true proportions: we don't enlarge it against other things, add accessories it doesn't come with or hide a dent or scuff. For pictures with feature captions, order our Walmart feature image.
Which photos can't you use?
Only photos you have the right to use: your own, or ones the brand owner allowed you to use, not images copied from other sellers. We don't make document or ID photos and never change receipts or certificates, add no nudity, and never put in a celebrity or another real person. Each picture has a full white background, not a cut-out with nothing behind it.
