About this service
A hiring process infographic shows candidates what to expect after they apply: the application, a screening call, interviews, a task or assessment, references and the offer, with roughly how long each stage takes. We draw your stages as a numbered path with friendly icons and a short line on what to prepare at each one, for a careers page, a job post or an email to applicants. Every stage, time and promise appears exactly as you write it in a 1024 x 1536 picture, so check that it matches how you really hire; Latin-script languages work best.

- 3RevisionsYou check each stage and time and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
The company or team name; each stage in order with a few words on what happens and how long it takes, up to about 8-10 blocks; what candidates should prepare; a contact line or careers page address; your brand colours and the language.
We will ask you:
- Which company, team or role is it for?
- What are the hiring stages, in order?
- What should candidates prepare?
- Which colours, and where will it be used?

Questions and answers
Can you add employee reviews or a rating?
No, we do not make up reviews, ratings or awards, and we draw no job-board logos. A real short quote from a team member, sent with their consent, can appear as written.
Can it explain our legal hiring requirements?
We draw the stages you describe and give no legal or employment advice. If a stage involves checks such as work permits, write the wording yourself and have it reviewed in your company.
Can I print it for a careers fair?
For an A4 or smaller handout, yes. It is a 1024 x 1536 PNG, not a print-ready file (no bleed, CMYK or vector), so it is not for a stand banner.
