About this service
A customer journey infographic follows one customer through every stage with your brand: discovering you, comparing options, buying, getting started and coming back or recommending you. For each stage we draw your touchpoints, what the customer does and feels, and the pain point or idea you note, as a path running down the tall picture with simple faces and icons. It is a picture of your own research or workshop notes, about 8-10 short blocks in a 1024 x 1536 picture, which you check; Latin-script languages work best.
What is included
- What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 tall PNG journey infographics of 1024 x 1536 pixels, such as one per customer type, for a team workshop, a strategy deck or onboarding. Each is a finished picture, not an editable file.
- Journey stagesFrom discovering you to coming back, in your order
- TouchpointsWebsite, store, email or support at each stage
- Feelings lineSimple faces or an illustrative mood curve from your notes
- Pain pointsHighlighted where you mark them
- One customer type per pictureStandard and Premium for several customer types
How it works
- 1Your notesYou send the stages, touchpoints and feelings
- 2PathWe draw the journey as a path with icons and faces
- 3RevisionsYou check each stage and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
The customer type, such as a first-time online buyer; the stages in order and, for each, the touchpoint, what the customer does or feels and any pain point, in a few words, up to about 8-10 blocks in total; your colours and the language.
We will ask you:
- Which customer type is the journey for?
- What are the stages and touchpoints?
- What does the customer feel, and where are the pain points?
- Who will see it, and in which colours?

Questions and answers
Can you research our customers for us?
No, we draw the journey you describe from your own research, data or workshop, and add no stages or insights of our own. The picture is only as accurate as the notes you send.
Can it be a wide map like a workshop wall?
Our journeys are tall 2:3 pictures, so stages run top to bottom. For a long journey, split it into 3 or 5 pictures, such as before and after the purchase.
Can I print it for a workshop?
At A4 or smaller, yes, such as one sheet per participant; it is not a print-ready file and is too small for a wall-sized map.
