About this service

An infographic turns facts and numbers into a picture people read in seconds. Send us your facts, figures and short texts, and we plan the layout from your brief: a title, sections, icons and simple charts such as bars, pies, steps or a timeline, in the colours you choose. You get a tall picture of 1024 x 1536 pixels (2:3) that fits Pinterest, social media posts, articles and presentations; it can also be printed small, at A4 size or less, but it is not a print-ready file. We use only your facts and numbers and add none of our own. Charts are illustrative: they follow your numbers, but bars and slices are not exact to the pixel. The text is drawn into the picture, so keep it short: a title and up to about 8-10 short blocks of a few words each. Check the spelling and every figure; revisions fix any mistake. Latin-script languages work best; long text or complex scripts, such as Arabic, Chinese or Thai, can come out imperfect. You get a finished PNG picture, not an editable file: no .ai, .psd, Figma, Canva or PowerPoint file.

What we need from you

For each infographic: the title and the text of every block exactly as it should appear, up to about 8-10 short blocks, with exact numbers and units; which numbers to show as a chart and what kind (bars, pie, steps, timeline); the language; your brand colours or a style you like; and where it will be used. If your package has several infographics, say whether they are a series in one style.

We will ask you:

Questions and answers

How much text can an infographic have?

A title and up to about 8-10 short blocks of a few words each. Text is drawn into the picture, so long paragraphs, small print and complex scripts can come out with mistakes. For a lot of content, split it into several infographics; check every word and number, and revisions fix them.

Will the charts match my numbers exactly?

The charts follow your numbers and show the order and proportions at a glance, but they are illustrative, not exact to the pixel. Write each number as a label, so readers see the exact figure.

Which languages can the text be in?

The language you ask for. Latin-script languages work best; long text or complex scripts, such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese or Thai, can come out imperfect, so keep the text especially short in them.

Do I get an editable file?

No, you get a finished PNG picture: no .ai, .psd, Figma, Canva or PowerPoint file. The text is part of the picture, so to change it, ask for a revision.

Can I print it?

The picture is 1024 x 1536 pixels: sharp on screens and fine for printing small, at A4 size or less, such as a handout. It is not a print-ready file (no bleed, CMYK or vector) and is not meant for posters or large prints.

Will you write the content or check my facts?

We draw what you supply and plan how it looks; we do not research, invent or check facts, numbers or sources. We do not give medical, legal or financial advice, and we do not make fake reviews, ratings, awards or test results. You are responsible for the content, so check it before you publish.
