Questions and answers
Can you add jingle bells or festive music?
No, the track is the voice alone. Mix in holiday music you have the rights to, or ask the station to do it.
When should I order a holiday ad?
Early enough for the station's booking deadline, which is often earlier than usual before the holidays. The ad itself takes 1 to 2 days depending on the package, and you send it to the station yourself.
Can the greeting come from our director by name?
The script can say who the wishes are from, but the voice is synthesized, not theirs. We don't imitate real people's voices, and you must tell listeners the voice is synthesized.
Can I use it as a greeting on our phone line?
Yes, we deliver the recording and you load it into your phone system. Check which file format it needs; WAV comes with Standard and Premium.
