About this service
We write and voice the greeting callers hear when they ring your business: the company name, a word of welcome and what happens next. Callers lose patience when a greeting drags, so the name comes in the first seconds and hours or menu options stay out unless you ask for them. You get a recording to load into your phone system yourself, and since the voice is synthesized, callers must be told so, for example with one short line in the greeting.

Questions and answers
Will you set it up on our phone line?
No, we deliver the recording, and you load it into your phone system or ask your provider to do it. Check which file format and length it accepts before ordering.
Our system needs a special WAV format. What then?
Standard and Premium include a WAV. If your system wants a particular kind, such as 8 kHz mono, convert the file in a free audio editor or with your provider's upload tool.
Can I have the greeting in two languages?
One recording is in one language. If you need a second language, order another greeting in it.
Do callers need to know the voice is synthesized?
Yes, you must tell them. We can add a short line saying so to the greeting itself, or you can say it on your website.
