About this service
We write a short audio promo for a new episode from your brief and voice it in a synthesized voice, ready to play in your own feed, in another show during a promo swap or as audio for a social post. A strong promo teases one question the episode answers and names the guest, without retelling the whole conversation. The facts come only from your brief, and wherever the promo plays, listeners must be told that the voice is synthesized.
What is included
- What you getOne promo per order: an MP3 of about 20, 40 or 60 seconds in a synthesized voice, with a WAV from Standard. It is a voice-only track without music or sound effects, so you can put a clip from the episode before or after it in your editor.
- A hook questionOne question the episode answers, so people want to hear it
- Guest and topicWho joins you and why it matters to your listeners
- Where and whenThe release day and the apps to listen in, as you name them
- Fits promo swapsA length partner shows can drop into their episodes
- Names as you write themGuests' names, titles and dates exactly as in the brief
How it works
- 1Episode briefYou send the episode details and the guest
- 2Promo script and voiceWe write the teaser and voice it
- 3Check and shareYou ask for changes within your package and share the file
What we need from you
The show name, the episode number and title, the guest and the main topic, the release date, where to listen, the question that should hook listeners, the language and the voice.
We will ask you:
- Which episode is it, and when does it come out?
- Who is the guest, and what is the episode about?
- Where will the promo play?
- Which moment should make people want to listen?

Questions and answers
Can you use a clip from the episode?
No, we don't edit or splice your recordings. You get the voice track and can put an episode clip next to it in your editor.
Can the promo be in the guest's voice or mine?
No, we never imitate a real person's voice, including your guest or you. The promo is read in a synthesized voice that you disclose to listeners.
Will you send it to other podcasts?
No, you share the file with partner shows or post it yourself. Each show and platform has its own rules for promos.
