About this service
We write the voice menu for your phone line from the options you list and voice it in a synthesized voice: for sales press 1, for support press 2 and so on. Callers keep only a few choices in mind, so the most requested option comes first, each option names the department before the key, and the menu ends with how to hear it again. You get one recording of the whole menu, which you load into your phone system or cut into separate prompts in an audio editor if the system needs them.
What is included
- What you getOne menu recording per order: an MP3 of about 20, 40 or 60 seconds in a synthesized voice, with a WAV from Standard, voice only without tones or music. You must tell callers that the voice is synthesized, and the menu can include a short line saying so.
- Options in your orderEach key and department exactly as you list them
- Department, then keyCallers hear what they need before the number to press
- Repeat lineA closing line telling callers how to hear the menu again
- Easy to cutEach option is its own sentence, ready to split into prompts
How it works
- 1Options listYou send the keys, departments and the default route
- 2Menu script and voiceWe order the options clearly and voice the menu
- 3Check and loadYou ask for changes within your package and load the file
What we need from you
Each option with its key number, the department behind it, what happens if the caller presses nothing, the order you want, your company name, the language and the voice.
We will ask you:
- Which options should the menu offer?
- What happens if the caller presses nothing?
- Should the menu start with a greeting?
- Which language and voice do you want?

Questions and answers
Can I get each option as a separate file?
You get one recording with the whole menu. Each option is its own sentence, so you can cut it into separate prompts in any audio editor if your phone system needs that.
Will you set up the menu in our phone system?
No, we deliver the recording only. You or your phone provider load it and link each key to the right line.
How many options fit?
Basic fits a short greeting and three or four options, while Standard and Premium leave room for more choices or a second level. Callers find long menus hard to follow, so fewer options usually work better.
Can the menu use our receptionist's voice?
No, we don't imitate real people. The menu is read in a synthesized voice, and you must let callers know that.
