About this service
A market overview infographic gives buyers, sellers and landlords the local numbers in one tall picture: median or average price, price per square metre or foot, the change compared with last year, homes for sale, days on market and how areas compare. We draw your figures as large number blocks, up and down arrows and simple bar charts in your agency's colours, with the area and period clearly stated. The charts are illustrative and the figures appear exactly as you give them in a 1024 x 1536 picture, so check each one; we give no investment advice or price forecasts.

Can you find the market data for us?
No, we use only the figures you send and do not research, check or update them. Add the source and period you want printed, such as your local listing service report, so readers know where the numbers come from.
Can it say whether now is a good time to buy?
We give no investment advice or forecasts. If you want a short message, such as "Prices up 3% this year", send it in your own words and it is shown as written.
Which languages and currencies work?
Any currency symbol and unit you give, such as €, £ or m². Latin-script languages come out best; in other scripts keep labels very short, as small text can come out imperfect.
Can I print it for open houses?
As an A4 or smaller handout, yes. It is a 1024 x 1536 PNG, not a print-ready file (no bleed, CMYK or vector), so it is not for large signs.
