About this service
Many real estate agencies send a monthly or quarterly market update to past clients and post it on social media, so we make it in your agency's look: the area and period in the title, the median or average price, the number of sales, days on market and new listings as large figures, with a simple chart and a short note per figure. Upload an earlier update, a flyer or a post in your agency style and write the new numbers and their source, and we use only those, with no forecasts or investment advice of our own. Each PNG is made from one of your pictures, at about 1.5 megapixels in the shape of that sample; it is redrawn, so small text and your logo can shift slightly.
What is included
- What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 market update infographics in your agency style as PNG files of about 1.5 megapixels, for example one per neighbourhood or property type. If you send fewer samples than the package has, the extra pictures are further variants from the same one.
- Key market figuresMedian price, sales, days on market and listings, as you give them
- Change since last periodUp and down arrows with your percentages
- Your agency lookColours, logo corner and contact line from your sample

How it works
- 1Sample and figuresYou upload an agency sample and write the new numbers
- 2UpdateWe lay out the figures in your agency style
- 3RevisionsYou check every figure and the source line and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
Up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF) of earlier updates, flyers or posts in your agency style. Write the area, period, each figure with its unit and change, and the data source line exactly, plus your agency name and contact line if they should appear.
We will ask you:
- Which area, period and property type is the update for?
- Which figures, units and changes should it show?
- What is the data source, and how should it be credited?
- In which language, and where will it be sent or posted?

Questions and answers
Where should the numbers come from?
From your own source, such as your listing service, a property portal or your agency's sales; we don't look up or supply market data. Many data providers have rules on publishing and crediting their figures, so check yours, and write the source line you want in the brief.
Can the update say whether it is a good time to buy?
We draw the short notes you write, but we add no forecasts, investment or financial advice of our own, and the content stays your responsibility. Charts follow your numbers but are illustrative, so exact prices and percentages go on as labels; check each one.
Can you show a map of the area?
A simple stylised outline or pin can work as decoration, but it is not an accurate map, so street names and borders should not be relied on. If an exact map matters, add your own licensed map image to the layout afterwards.
What can't go into the picture?
We don't add other brands' logos, such as property portals, fake reviews, ratings or awards, and we don't recreate contracts, valuations, certificates or official forms. Send only samples you have the right to use, as another agency's design serves only as a style sample, never for its logo, brand or texts. Small text and complex scripts can come out imperfect and Latin-script languages work best; the PNG has no editable file.
