About this service
Schools, language centres and online courses often keep one poster template for classroom rules, timetables, course outlines, exam dates or study tips, so we make a new poster in it: the same header, colours, frame and icon style, with your new title and short points. Upload a photo or screenshot of a poster you already use, or of your template, and write the content exactly, and we draw only that, in big readable text for a classroom wall or a course page. Each PNG is made from one of your pictures, at about 1.5 megapixels in the shape of that poster, good for screens and small home or office prints but not for large wall printing; it is redrawn, so small text and your crest or logo can shift slightly.
What is included
- What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 posters in your template as PNG files of about 1.5 megapixels, for example one per class, subject or term. If you send fewer samples than the package has, the extra pictures are further variants from the same one.
- Your school templateHeader, colours and frame from your current poster
- Big, clear textShort points that read from across the room
- Rules, timetables or outlinesClassroom rules, a weekly timetable, a course outline or exam dates
- Friendly iconsSimple icons that suit the age of your learners
- For the wall and onlineFor the classroom, the course page or a parent newsletter
How it works
- 1TemplateYou upload your poster and write the new content
- 2PosterWe lay out your points in your template
- 3RevisionsYou check dates, names and spelling and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
Up to 5 photos or screenshots as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF) of your current poster or template, taken straight on without glare. Write the title and short points exactly, with dates, times and room numbers, the language and the age of the learners.
We will ask you:
- What is the poster about?
- What title and points should it show?
- Who are the learners?
- In which language, and will it be printed or shown online?

Questions and answers
Can I print the poster for the classroom?
Yes, at a small size such as A4 or Letter from a home or office printer: from a distance it looks fine, though up close it is softer than a print file. At about 1.5 megapixels it is not sharp enough for A2 or larger, and it is not a print-ready file with bleed or CMYK colours; for a big wall poster, use it as a guide for your print shop.
Can you add photos of our pupils?
No, each poster is made from one of your files and shows your template, text and simple icons, not photos of children or staff. That also spares you photo permissions for the poster.
Can it be in two languages?
Yes, with very short text, for example a heading in both languages and points in one. Text is drawn into the picture, so small print and complex scripts such as Arabic, Chinese or Thai can come out imperfect, while Latin-script languages work best; check every word, as children copy spelling from posters, and note there is no Canva or Word file to edit.
Which templates can I send?
Your own school's or course's templates, or ones you have the right to use; a poster from another school or a publisher serves only as a style sample, never for its logo, brand or texts. We don't add other brands' logos, fake awards or ratings, and we never recreate certificates, diplomas, report cards or official forms.
