Sales proposal: office cleaning for a coworking space
Your situation
Maple Hub is growing fast: 40 new members since spring, events three evenings a week and a kitchen that never sleeps. In our walk-through you mentioned three pain points: kitchens that look tired by noon, meeting rooms not reset after events, and a current contractor who skips tasks without telling you.
What we propose
Daily evening clean (Mon–Fri, 7–10 pm) plus a midday kitchen refresh (12:30–1:30 pm), so your space looks good both for morning members and for lunch.
| Area | Daily | Weekly |
|---|---|---|
| Open workspace | Desks wiped, bins emptied, floors vacuumed | Chairs and screens dusted |
| Kitchens (2) | Full clean evening + midday refresh, dishwasher loaded/unloaded | Fridge clear-out every Friday |
| Meeting rooms (5) | Reset to standard layout, whiteboards cleaned | Upholstery spot clean |
| Restrooms (4) | Full clean and restock twice a day | Deep clean of grout and fixtures |
| Event space | Reset the morning after every event | — |
How we make sure it's done
- Checklist per room, signed off each night with a photo of kitchens and restrooms
- A dedicated site supervisor who visits weekly and is reachable by phone
- Monthly 15-minute review with your community manager: what went well, what to change
- If a task on the checklist is missed, we fix it within 24 hours at no cost
Investment
| Package | Monthly price |
|---|---|
| Evening clean, Mon–Fri | $3,450 |
| Midday kitchen refresh | $620 |
| Post-event reset (up to 12 per month) | $540 |
| Total | $4,610 / month |
Supplies and eco-certified products included. No setup fee. 30-day notice to cancel.

About this service
Clients comparing photographers or video producers often see a price and nothing that explains it, so they pick the cheapest quote. We write a proposal that shows you understood the brief: the goal of the shoot, the creative approach, what happens in pre-production, shoot day and post-production, deliverables (number of edited photos, video length and formats, cut-downs for social), usage rights and timeline, with options at different prices. Send the client's brief or your price list as a PDF, Word or Excel file and we work from them.

The client's brief or request, the type of shoot (product, event, brand film, real estate), your pricing, crew and equipment, what you deliver in each option, usage terms you offer, and examples of similar work.
We will ask you:
- What kind of shoot is it, and for which client?
- What will the client receive?
- Which usage rights do you offer?
- What are your prices or packages?

Questions and answers
Can you include travel and extra hours?
Yes. We add travel, overtime and extra edit rounds as clear line items using your rates.
Will the PDF be designed with our logo?
No. The PDF is a clean text document made from the proposal, without images or logos. Paste the text into your template to add your portfolio.
Do you write the usage licence itself?
We describe the usage terms in the proposal. The licence or contract wording is yours to finalise, ideally with a lawyer.
