Sales proposal: office cleaning for a coworking space
Your situation
Maple Hub is growing fast: 40 new members since spring, events three evenings a week and a kitchen that never sleeps. In our walk-through you mentioned three pain points: kitchens that look tired by noon, meeting rooms not reset after events, and a current contractor who skips tasks without telling you.
What we propose
Daily evening clean (Mon–Fri, 7–10 pm) plus a midday kitchen refresh (12:30–1:30 pm), so your space looks good both for morning members and for lunch.
| Area | Daily | Weekly |
|---|---|---|
| Open workspace | Desks wiped, bins emptied, floors vacuumed | Chairs and screens dusted |
| Kitchens (2) | Full clean evening + midday refresh, dishwasher loaded/unloaded | Fridge clear-out every Friday |
| Meeting rooms (5) | Reset to standard layout, whiteboards cleaned | Upholstery spot clean |
| Restrooms (4) | Full clean and restock twice a day | Deep clean of grout and fixtures |
| Event space | Reset the morning after every event | — |
How we make sure it's done
- Checklist per room, signed off each night with a photo of kitchens and restrooms
- A dedicated site supervisor who visits weekly and is reachable by phone
- Monthly 15-minute review with your community manager: what went well, what to change
- If a task on the checklist is missed, we fix it within 24 hours at no cost
Investment
| Package | Monthly price |

| Post-event reset (up to 12 per month) | $540 |

Supplies and eco-certified products included. No setup fee. 30-day notice to cancel.

About this service
Homeowners and businesses considering solar want to know three things: what will be installed, what it will save and how long it takes to pay back, and they distrust proposals that promise too much. We write a solar proposal from your site survey and figures: system size and components, expected annual production and savings as you calculate them, payback period, incentives and financing you offer, installation steps and timeline, and warranties from your manufacturers. All numbers come from you and are labelled as estimates; this is not financial advice.
What is included
- What you getA solar installation proposal with system details, production and savings estimates, payback, incentives and financing options, installation timeline and warranty terms, as text and as DOCX and PDF files.
- System explainedSize, panels, inverter, battery

What we need from you
Your site survey or system design summary, panel and inverter specs, the client's energy use and tariff, your savings and payback calculation, incentives and financing you offer, price and installation timeline.
We will ask you:
- Is the client a household or a business?
- What system are you proposing?
- What savings and payback have you calculated?
- Which incentives or financing can you offer?

Questions and answers
Can you calculate the savings for us?
We present your calculation clearly and check that the maths adds up. Production estimates must come from your design tool or survey.
Is this financial advice for the customer?
No. Savings and payback are estimates based on stated assumptions such as tariffs and usage, and the proposal says so.
Will the PDF be designed with our logo?
No, the PDF is plain text. Roof layouts and product images go into your own designed version.
