About this service

A weekly workout infographic turns a training plan into a picture someone can glance at in the gym: each day from Monday to Sunday with its focus, the exercises, sets and reps or minutes, and the rest days. We lay out your plan as a clear day-by-day grid with simple exercise figures and your colours, for a trainer's clients, a club newsletter or your own fridge door. The plan is entirely yours, shown as written in a 1024 x 1536 picture: we give no training or medical advice, you are responsible for it, and you check every number.

What is included

  • What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 tall PNG workout plans of 1024 x 1536 pixels, such as one per week of your plan, for posts, client messages or printing. Each is a finished picture, not an editable file.
  • Seven-day gridMonday to Sunday with the focus of each day
  • Sets and repsExercises with your numbers as written
  • Simple exercise figuresIllustrative figures, not technique guides
  • Rest days markedShown clearly so the week reads at a glance
  • Week-by-week seriesStandard and Premium for a plan that changes weekly

How it works

  1. 1
Your planYou send each day's exercises and numbers
  2. 2
GridWe lay out the week with figures and icons
  3. 3
RevisionsYou check every set and rep and ask for changes within your package

What we need from you

The plan name and level; for each day, one short block, such as "Mon: Squats 3x10, Push-ups 3x12", about 8-10 blocks in total; the rest days; any short note, such as warming up first; your colours and the language (Latin-script languages work best).

We will ask you:

  • What is the plan, and for which level?
  • What are the exercises for each day?
  • Which days are rest days?
  • Which colours and language, and where will it be used?

Questions and answers

Can you write the workout plan for me?

No, we draw the plan you send and do not create, adjust or check training plans, and we give no medical or fitness advice. You are responsible for the content and for who it suits.

Will the figures show the correct technique?

No, the figures are simple and illustrative, meant to tell exercises apart at a glance, not to teach form. Exact technique is best shown in your own photos or videos.

Can I print it for the gym?

Yes, at A4 or smaller. It is a 1024 x 1536 PNG, not a print-ready file with bleed or CMYK.
