Example result
SEO audit: website of a regional plumbing company
Summary
| Area | Score | Main issue |
|---|---|---|
| Indexing and crawling | Needs work | 38 blog tags pages indexed, thin content |
| Technical health | Fair | Mobile load time 4.8 s on service pages |
| On-page | Needs work | 11 of 18 service pages share near-identical titles |
| Local signals | Weak | Town pages are copies with the town name swapped |
| Content | Fair | Blog traffic is high, but posts do not link to services |
Findings (excerpt)
1. Duplicate and weak titles (high priority)
11 service pages use the pattern "Plumbing Services | Northgate". Searchers and search engines cannot tell "boiler repair" from "drain unblocking".
| Page | Current title | Suggested title |
|---|---|---|
| /boiler-repair | Plumbing Services, Northgate | Boiler Repair in [City], Same-Day Callout, Northgate |
| /blocked-drains | Plumbing Services, Northgate | Blocked Drains Cleared in [City] from £89, Northgate |
2. Town pages are near duplicates (high priority)
The 7 town pages are 94% identical text. Each needs at least 250 words unique to that town: areas covered, typical jobs there, travel time, a local customer review.
3. Slow service pages on mobile (medium)
Hero images average 1.9 MB. Compressing to WebP and setting width to 1,200 px would bring load time to about 2.5 s.
4. Blog does not pass value to services (medium)
The top 10 posts get 62% of organic visits, but only 2 of them link to a service page. "Why is my boiler losing pressure?" alone gets about 1,100 visits a month and links nowhere.
5. Tag pages indexed (low)
38 /tag/ pages with 1–3 posts each. Set them to noindex.

| 5 | Noindex tag pages, update sitemap | 1 hour | Low | Developer |

About this service
Crawlers like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb or Ahrefs report redirect chains, loops and 404s by the hundred, but the raw export does not tell you which ones matter or where each broken URL should point. You paste the relevant rows of your crawl export, and we sort them: chains to collapse into one hop, loops to break, 404s worth redirecting because they have links or traffic, 404s that are fine as they are, and internal links that should be updated instead of redirected.
What is included
- What you getA fix list from your crawl rows: redirect map with source and best target, chains collapsed to one hop, internal links to update with the page they sit on, and 404s safe to leave, delivered as text you can paste into a sheet or redirect plugin.
- Redirect mapEach broken URL with its best target
- Chains and loopsCollapsed to a single hop
- Internal link fixesLinks to update at the source
- 404s to leaveJunk URLs that should stay gone
How it works
- 1ExportYou paste the crawl rows
- 2SortingWe sort and pick targets
- 3Fix listYou apply redirects and link fixes
What we need from you
A link to the site and the crawl export rows pasted as text: redirect chains, 3xx and 4xx URLs with their source pages, plus inbound link counts or traffic for the 404s if your tool shows them.
We will ask you:
- Which crawler did the export come from?
- Paste the redirect and 404 rows with their source pages
- How will the redirects be added?

Questions and answers
Can I attach the export file?
This service works with pasted text, so copy the rows from the export into the brief. If the export is long, paste the 3xx and 4xx rows only.
Should every 404 be redirected?
No. Only URLs that had links, traffic or a clear replacement. Redirecting everything to the home page is treated as a soft 404 and helps no one.
Do you add the redirects to my server?
No, we do not log in to your site or server. The list is written in a form your redirect plugin or developer can use.
