Empty commercial space in a lease listing looks like bare floor and ceiling grid, and tenants struggle to see how many desks fit or where meetings happen. We furnish your empty office with workstations, office chairs, a meeting table, soft seating for a lounge or reception and plants, in a style that suits a tech startup, a law firm or a clinic waiting area, keeping walls, windows, columns, ceiling and floor as they are. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels; it is redrawn, so small details, textures and the window view can change slightly.

Questions and answers

Is the desk count a floor plan?

No, it shows the idea, not a measured layout or a fire-safety plan. Use it in the listing and work out the real seating with the landlord or an office fit-out company.

Can you add a company sign?

We keep the space free of other companies' logos. A sign with your own name can be added if you write the exact text, but small lettering may change slightly, so check it.

Do I need to say the office is virtually staged?

Yes, mark it in the listing and keep the empty photo too, so tenants know what they lease. Send only photos you have the right to use; we do not hide damage, never put in a celebrity or another real person, add no nudity, and do not work on documents, IDs or receipts.
