About this service

In a studio, one room has to hold sleeping, living, eating and often working, and an empty photo leaves buyers and tenants wondering where the bed goes. We furnish your studio with clear zones, such as a bed or sofa bed by the wall, a small sofa or armchair, a compact table near the kitchen and a desk if there is space, using light colours and slim pieces so the room stays airy. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels; it is redrawn, so walls, windows, floor and kitchen units stay, while small objects and textures can change slightly.

Questions and answers

Can you separate the bed with a partition or a curtain?

A curtain, a shelf unit or a low screen, yes, as furniture. We do not add walls or move doors and windows, because that would change the property.

Will the studio look bigger?

It will look easier to live in, but the size stays real: we do not widen the room or shrink furniture below normal sizes. Mark the picture as virtually staged in the listing.

Which photos can't you use?

Photos you do not have the right to use, such as another agent's listing, and photos with people who have not agreed. We do not hide defects, never put in a celebrity or another real person, add no nudity and do not touch IDs or documents.
