Subtitle rules used
- Up to 2 lines per cue, up to 42 characters per line.
- Each cue stays on screen 1.2 to 6 seconds; reading speed under 17 characters per second.
- Filler words ("um", "you know") and false starts removed; meaning and the teacher's tone kept.
- Speaker labels only when a second voice appears off camera.
- Technical terms checked for consistency: centering, coning, trimming, leather-hard.

- To check: at 14:22 the teacher names a glaze brand quietly; marked as [glaze name] since it's not clearly audible.
Client: Clay Corner, a small pottery studio with a video channel. Video: "Throwing your first bowl", 24 min 10 s. Ordered: English subtitles plus a Spanish translation. Delivered as two SRT files, one per language.
