Currency and prices

Prices on Dleex are set in US dollars. Each language version of the site shows them in its own currency:

• euros: French, German, Italian and Dutch;
• Japanese yen, Korean won, Vietnamese dong, Thai baht, Indonesian rupiah, Polish zloty and Brazilian real: the Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Polish and Portuguese versions;
• US dollars: English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Turkish and Chinese.

The currency follows the language you choose in the menu at the top of the site, not your country.

How a price is worked out

A price in another currency is the dollar price at our current exchange rate, rounded up. Rates are updated from time to time, so prices in euros, yen and other currencies can change a little, while the dollar prices stay the same.

The price of your order

The total and the deadline are shown at checkout before you pay. Once the order is placed, its price is fixed: later changes of prices or rates do not affect it. A refund is made in the amount you paid.

Paying from the balance

The balance is kept in US dollars. An order paid from the balance is charged its price in dollars, whatever the language of the page, and the checkout shows that amount. Orders placed through the API are also charged in dollars: see API and balance.

Your bank and other currencies

If your card or bank account is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount at its own rate and charge a fee for it. We do not control that conversion.
