Promo codes, discounts and invitations

Dleex has three kinds of discounts: promo codes, the first-order discount and the invitation discount. Only one discount applies to an order.

Promo codes

Enter the code in the "Promo code" field at checkout and press "Apply", before you pay. The total changes at once. Each code has its own terms: the discount, the dates it works and how many times it can be used. Some codes are for a first order only or for orders above a certain total.

Promo codes are entered on the website: the mobile app does not take them.

The first-order discount

When a first-order discount is on, service pages show it above the packages, with the old prices crossed out. You do not need to enter anything: checkout applies it to your first order by itself.

Invitations

In your account, under Invite friends, you find your invitation link. Whoever signs up through it gets a discount on their first order, and once that order is completed, you get a bonus on your balance. The page shows the current discount and bonus.

You get one bonus for each friend, and never more than they paid for that order. If the order is refunded, there is no bonus, and one already credited is taken back. Bonuses stay on your Dleex balance and pay for orders.

Why a code may not apply

• The code is spelled wrong, is not active yet or any more, or has run out.
• It is for a first order only, or the order total is too small for it.
• You have already used it. A code held by an unpaid order counts as used until that order is cancelled: cancel it on its page to use the code on another order.

Discounts and the price

A discount is worked out from the price in US dollars and then shown in the currency of the page. Whatever the discount, an order costs at least 1 US dollar. A refund returns the amount you actually paid.
