Can I withdraw money from the balance?

The balance is for paying for orders. It is paid out only where the law requires it or where we agree to it at your request.

I lost my API key. What now?

A key is shown only once. Revoke the old one in your account and create a new one.

API and balance

Q: What if my balance is too low for an API order?

The order is not placed and nothing is charged.

The balance is money in your Dleex account that pays for orders. It is kept in US dollars. You can see it and its latest changes in your account.

Topping up the balance

For now the balance is topped up by arrangement with our support team, for example by bank transfer; the support address is at the bottom of every page. Money is credited once we have received it. Invitation bonuses are credited to the balance too.

Paying from the balance

An order on the site can be paid from the balance if the balance covers its whole price. The price is then taken from the balance in US dollars at once and reserved, like any payment, until the order is accepted.

API keys

The API lets you order services from your own website, shop or script. You create keys in your account. A key is shown only once, when it is created, so save it right away. Like a password, a key gives access to your orders and your balance: keep it secret. You can revoke a key in your account at any time.

Orders through the API

Orders placed through the API are paid from the balance at the package price in US dollars, with any add-ons and less any discount. If the balance is not enough, the order is not placed and nothing is charged. The task you send with the order is the brief, so the work starts at once and the deadline runs from the moment the order is placed. Make sure the task contains everything the work needs.

The price is held like a payment: it is released when the order is accepted and goes back to the balance if the order is refunded.

Corrections and payouts

If money was credited or charged by mistake, we may correct the balance. The correction is shown in the balance history, and if it takes money off the balance, you always get an email about it.

The balance is not paid out, except where the law requires it or where we agree to it at your request. Once the account is deleted, money left on its balance can no longer be used: spend it or write to support first.
