About this service
Readers compare this year's annual report with last year's, so the key pages should keep the same look: the year-in-numbers spread, the highlights page or the section openers with your colours, grid and icon style, now with this year's figures. Upload a screenshot or photo of last year's page and write the new numbers and short texts, and we make the new page in that style with only your facts; charts follow your numbers but are illustrative, so exact values go on as labels. Each PNG is made from one of your pictures, at about 1.5 megapixels in the shape of that page, for screens, the online report and as a reference for your print team, not a print-ready file; it is redrawn, so small text and the logo can shift slightly.

Questions and answers
Can you send a print-ready file?
No, you get PNG pictures of about 1.5 megapixels, without bleed, CMYK colours, vector graphics or a PDF, and with no editable InDesign or PSD file. Use them online, in slides and as a clear reference for whoever prepares the print files.
Can you lay out our financial statements?
No, we design overview pages with a title and up to about 8-10 short blocks, not full statements, notes or the auditor's report, and we never change or recreate official documents. Take the figures from your approved numbers and check every one in the result; small print and complex scripts can come out imperfect, while Latin-script languages work best.
Will it match last year's report exactly?
The colours, grid and style carry over, but the page is redrawn, so block positions, small icons and the logo can differ slightly; a page with about as much content as last year's matches best. Compare the two side by side and ask for a revision where needed.
What else can't go on the pages?
We don't add other brands' logos, fake awards, ratings or certifications, and we add no forecasts or financial advice of our own. Send only pages you have the right to use; another company's report can serve only as a style sample, never for its logo, brand or texts.
