Sales proposal: office cleaning for a coworking space
Your situation
Maple Hub is growing fast: 40 new members since spring, events three evenings a week and a kitchen that never sleeps. In our walk-through you mentioned three pain points: kitchens that look tired by noon, meeting rooms not reset after events, and a current contractor who skips tasks without telling you.
What we propose
Daily evening clean (Mon–Fri, 7–10 pm) plus a midday kitchen refresh (12:30–1:30 pm), so your space looks good both for morning members and for lunch.
| Area | Daily | Weekly |
|---|---|---|
| Open workspace | Desks wiped, bins emptied, floors vacuumed | Chairs and screens dusted |
| Kitchens (2) | Full clean evening + midday refresh, dishwasher loaded/unloaded | Fridge clear-out every Friday |
| Meeting rooms (5) | Reset to standard layout, whiteboards cleaned | Upholstery spot clean |
| Restrooms (4) | Full clean and restock twice a day | Deep clean of grout and fixtures |
| Event space | Reset the morning after every event | — |
How we make sure it's done
- Checklist per room, signed off each night with a photo of kitchens and restrooms
- A dedicated site supervisor who visits weekly and is reachable by phone
- Monthly 15-minute review with your community manager: what went well, what to change
- If a task on the checklist is missed, we fix it within 24 hours at no cost
Investment
| Package | Monthly price |

| Evening clean, Mon–Fri | $3,450 |
| Midday kitchen refresh | $620 |
| Post-event reset (up to 12 per month) | $540 |
| Total | $4,610 / month |
Supplies and eco-certified products included. No setup fee. 30-day notice to cancel.

About this service
We write business plans for farms and agribusinesses, from a market garden or a small dairy to a greenhouse, an orchard or an agritourism project. The plan deals with what makes farming different: land and machinery, seasonal costs and income, yields and prices from your figures, sales channels from farmers markets to wholesale buyers, and the risks of weather and price swings.
What is included
- What you getA farm business plan text with the project, production plan, market and sales channels, risks and financial tables with a seasonal cash flow. You get it as text on the order page and as a Word (.docx) or PDF file.
- Production planCrops or livestock, cycle and capacity
- Seasonal cash flowWhen money goes out and comes in, month by month
- Sales channelsMarkets, shops, restaurants, processors or contracts
- Risks and mitigationWeather, disease, prices and dependence on one buyer
- Lender-ready structureSections a bank or grant body expects
How it works
- 1BriefYou share the farm, land and numbers
- 2StructureWe plan the sections for your goal
- 3WritingWe write the text and financial tables
What we need from you
What you grow or raise and on how much land, whether you own or lease it, your machinery and buildings, expected yields and prices, costs by season, sales channels, your experience and the purpose of the plan (bank loan, grant, partner).
We will ask you:
- What does the farm produce and on how much land?
- What is the plan for?
- How and to whom will you sell?
- What are the main costs and when do they fall?

Questions and answers
Do you know the grant and subsidy programmes in my country?
We do not choose programmes for you. Paste or attach the requirements of the grant or lender into the brief, and we structure the plan to match them.
Where do the yields and prices come from?
From your own figures, plus open sources with links where you ask for market data. Assumptions are labelled so a lender can see them.
Is the forecast financial advice?
No. It is an estimate built on your numbers and assumptions. Check it with your accountant or adviser before applying.
