- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Yes. We ask for your best estimates and quotes, mark them as assumptions and show which ones matter most to check.
Do you cover licences and permits?
We list the permits you name and their costs in the budget. Requirements differ by city, so confirm them locally.
Where do the numbers come from?
Your own costs, prices and plans, plus market figures from open sources with links. We do not invent figures, and assumptions are labelled as such.
