About this service
On Shopee and Lazada the gallery after the main image is where buyers check how a product looks in real use, and a warm, everyday scene often answers that better than another white shot. We place your product in a setting that suits it and your buyers, such as a phone stand on a study desk, a rice cooker in a bright home kitchen or a skincare bottle on a bathroom shelf, with light, shadows and scale matched so it looks really there. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, square by default, good for the listing gallery and your shop page but not for large prints, and as the picture is redrawn, small text and logos on the product may change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, where the product is sharp and fully in view; a photo on a plain background works best. Tell us the scene and the feel you want, the real size of the product, and the country you sell in, such as Malaysia, the Philippines or Thailand, so the setting looks familiar to your buyers.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the first image be a lifestyle picture?
Shopee and Lazada usually expect a clean main image first, often on a white or plain background, with lifestyle shots in the rest of the gallery. Rules vary by country and category, so check your seller centre's current image guide; for a clean main image, order our main product photo.
Can you add someone using the product?
We can add hands or a figure that is not any real person, such as a hand pouring from the kettle. We never add a celebrity or a real person and do not show children.
Will buyers think the props come with it?
Props are decor only. Say in the listing what is in the package, or ask for a simpler scene with fewer items if there could be confusion.
What won't you do?
We keep the product as it is: same size, colour and parts, no hidden scratches. We don't make document or ID photos, never change receipts and add no nudity. Send only photos you have the right to use; each picture has a full background.
