Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, square for the product gallery or in the shape you ask, for screens and not for large prints; the picture is redrawn, so small text and logos on the product may change slightly.

Questions and answers
Can the main product image be a scene?
TikTok Shop's product image rules, like most marketplaces', tend to favour a clean main image and allow scenes in the rest of the gallery. Rules change and differ by region, so check the current Seller Center guide; for a clean first image, order our main product photo.
Can a creator appear with the product?
We can add hands or a figure that is not any real person, but never a creator, a celebrity or anyone recognisable, and never children. The picture stays a still image, not a clip.
What do you not do?
We never show results, sizes or parts the product doesn't have, such as a fuller look from a beauty tool or a bigger screen. No document or ID photos, no changes to receipts and no nudity. Use only photos you have the right to use; each picture has a full background.
