About this service
Small claims courts handle unpaid invoices, lost deposits, faulty goods and work not done, and they expect a short, factual claim: who owes you, how much, why and what you already did to get paid. Tell us what happened and attach the invoice, contract or messages, and we turn it into a dated statement of facts, a clear amount with how it is calculated and the remedy you ask for. Many courts use their own online or paper form, so we write the text in parts you can paste into its boxes.
What is included
- What you getA draft claim with a statement of facts, the amount and how it adds up, the remedy and a list of evidence to attach, as text and a Word (.docx) file. This is a draft for information, not legal advice: court rules and forms differ by country and court, so check them (ideally with a lawyer) and file it yourself.
- Facts by dateShort numbered paragraphs, no emotion
- Amount worked outPrincipal, interest and costs shown separately
- Form-ready partsText split to fit the court's boxes
- Evidence listWhat to attach and in what order
- Before you filePoints to check against your court's rules
How it works
- 1Your storyYou describe the dispute and attach papers
- 2DraftingWe order the facts and work out the sum
- 3DeliveryYou get the claim as text and .docx
What we need from you
Who you claim against and their address, what was agreed, what went wrong and when, the amount you want back and how you got to it, the demands you already sent, and your country and court if you know it. Invoices, contracts or saved emails can be attached as PDF or Word.
We will ask you:
- Who are you claiming against?
- How much do you claim and how did you work it out?
- What did you do to get paid before going to court?
- In which country and court will you file?

Questions and answers
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a draft built from your facts. Limits, fees and forms differ by court, so check them, ideally with a lawyer or a free advice service, before you file.
Do you know the small claims limit in my country?
We do not look up current court rules. Check the limit and the fee on your court's official website; if your claim is over the limit, the procedure may differ.
Will you file it or go to court for me?
No. We prepare the text only. You file it, pay any court fee and attend the hearing yourself or with your representative.
Will this help me win?
We cannot promise any outcome. A clear, well-ordered document helps the court follow your side; the decision belongs to the judge.
