About this service
When a small claim arrives, the court usually gives you a short deadline to reply, and the reply has to answer the claim point by point: what you accept, what you deny and why. Send us the claim form you received and your side of the story, and we draft a defence that goes through every point in the same order, adds your own dated facts and lists the evidence that supports them. If you say the other side owes you money, we add a short counterclaim section.
What is included
- What you getA draft defence answering each point of the claim, with your facts, the evidence list and, if needed, a counterclaim section, as text and a Word (.docx) file. This is a draft for information, not legal advice: court rules and forms differ by country and court, so check them (ideally with a lawyer) and file it yourself.
- Point-by-point answerAdmitted, denied or not known, for each one
- Your versionDated facts that back your answers
- CounterclaimFrom Standard, if they owe you
- Evidence listReceipts, messages, photos to attach
- Deadline reminderWhat to check about your reply date
How it works
- 1Claim and storyYou send the claim and your side
- 2DraftingWe answer the claim point by point
- 3DeliveryYou get the defence as text and .docx
What we need from you
The claim you received as a PDF or Word file (or typed in), the date you received it and the reply deadline, what you accept and what you dispute, your version of events and the documents you have.
We will ask you:
- When did you receive the claim and what is the reply deadline?
- Which parts of the claim do you accept, if any?
- What is your version of what happened?
- Do you think the other side owes you money?

Questions and answers
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a draft built from the claim and your facts. Defence forms and deadlines differ by court, so check them, ideally with a lawyer, before you file.
The deadline is very close. Can you help?
Basic is delivered in 1 day. If you are close to the deadline, also check with the court whether you can ask for more time, because missing it can lead to a decision against you.
Will you file it or go to court for me?
No. We prepare the text only. You file it, pay any court fee and attend the hearing yourself or with your representative.
Will this help me win?
We cannot promise any outcome. A clear, well-ordered document helps the court follow your side; the decision belongs to the judge.
