About this service
Temu and Shein shoppers scroll fast through a feed of small, bright product tiles, so a picture where the item is large, sharp and clean on a light background helps it get noticed. We turn your product photo into that kind of picture: the product centred on white or a light plain colour, with even light and a soft shadow, square or 3:4 portrait if you ask for it. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, for screens and not for large prints, and as the picture is redrawn, small print, tags and logos on the product can change slightly.

Questions and answers
What image rules do Temu and Shein have?
Both have their own seller guides covering background, shape and minimum size, and they change them, so check the current guide in your seller centre and tell us in the brief. We keep the main picture plain: no added text, stickers or price tags.
Can you make the item look more premium than it is?
No. Returns often start when an item looks different on arrival, so we keep the real size, colour, material and finish and add nothing it lacks. The light and background get cleaner; the product stays the same.
Which files can't you take?
We work only with photos you have the right to use, not pictures copied from another seller or a brand catalogue. No document or ID photos and no changes to receipts or certificates, no nudity, and never a celebrity or another real person. Every picture has a full background, so it can't come as a cut-out with nothing behind it.
