About this service
Mercado Libre usually asks for the first photo of a listing to show the product on a pure white background, with no text, logos or watermarks, and that photo is what buyers see in search across its Latin American sites. We make your product photo into a main photo like that: the product alone, centred and large in the square, with even light and a soft shadow, and its shape and colour kept as they are. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels (around 1200 x 1200 pixels), fine for listings and screens but not for large prints, and because the picture is redrawn, small text and logos on the product may change slightly.

Questions and answers
Will Mercado Libre accept the photo?
We follow its usual main photo rules: white background, product only, no text, logos or watermarks. The rules can differ by country site and category and are updated, and Mercado Libre decides on each listing, so check the current photo guide for your country.
Can the photo show accessories that are sold separately?
Only if they come in the box, because the photo has to show what the buyer gets. We don't add parts, hide scratches or change the colour; items sold separately belong in their own listing.
Which photos won't you work with?
Photos copied from other sellers or a manufacturer's site, unless you have the right to use them. Also document or ID photos, any edits to receipts or certificates, nudity, and pictures with a celebrity or another real person. The finished picture always has a full white background, never a cut-out.
