About this service

An empty bedroom gives no sense of whether a double bed fits with room for bedside tables and a wardrobe, and that is exactly what buyers and tenants want to know. We furnish your bedroom with a bed of a sensible size for the floor area, bedside tables, lamps, bedding, curtains and a rug, in a calm style that keeps the room restful, while walls, windows, floor and built-in wardrobes stay as they are. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels; it is redrawn, so small objects, textures and the window view may change slightly.

Photos of the empty bedroom as PNG, JPEG or WebP, taken in daylight from the doorway or a corner so the whole floor is visible. Tell us the bed size to show, who the room is for (main bedroom, guest room, teenager) and the style.

Questions and answers

Will a king-size bed look like it fits when it doesn't?

No. We size the bed to the real floor area in your photo, and if a big bed would crowd the room we show a smaller one rather than shrinking the walls around it. Tell us the room size if you know it.

Do I mark the photo as virtually staged?

Yes, say so in the listing and keep the original empty-room photo; check the listing site's current rules. We only add furniture and decor and leave any damage visible.

Can I send a photo of a furnished bedroom?

A few small things can be removed, but a bed or wardrobe hides floor and wall, and that part would have to be recreated, so an empty room works best. Send only photos you have the right to use; we never put in a celebrity or another real person, add no nudity and do not work on IDs or documents.
