Store description
Bake your first real sourdough loaf this weekend — no special equipment needed.
Slow Rise walks you from a jar of flour and water to a crackling, open-crumb loaf in six short chapters. You will learn how to start and keep a starter alive, read the dough instead of the clock, and fix the five most common problems: flat loaves, gummy crumb, pale crust, sour overload and a sleepy starter.
Inside: a printable weekend baking schedule, troubleshooting tables and plain advice from a baker who learned it all in a small home kitchen.

About this service
Workbooks, guided journals and planners sell on the structure inside: a short intro on how to use them, sections, a clear prompt or exercise and enough lines to write on after each one. Send your prompts as a Word file, or from Standard just the topic and audience, and we lay out the interior with a title and how-to-use page, sections with headings, each prompt followed by ruled writing lines and, where it helps, simple tables such as habit trackers or weekly planners. You get a printable A4 PDF and a Word file where you can set your trim size and page breaks.

Your prompts or exercises as a Word file or a PDF with selectable text, or from Standard the topic, audience and number of prompts you want, the sections, how many writing lines each prompt needs and any tracker or planner pages.
We will ask you:
- What is the workbook or journal about, and who is it for?
- Do you have the prompts, or should we write them?
- How many writing lines should follow each prompt?
- Do you need trackers or planner pages?

Questions and answers
Will each prompt be on its own page?
The PDF flows prompt after prompt. If you want one prompt per page, the Word file lets you add page breaks in a few minutes, and we mark where they go.
Can I sell it on print-on-demand platforms?
Yes, the content is yours. Set your trim size in Word and export the PDF; check that your platform accepts the size and margins you choose.
Will you add illustrations or decorative borders?
No. Pages contain text, lines and simple tables only; decorative elements can be added by a designer in the Word file.
