Store description
Bake your first real sourdough loaf this weekend — no special equipment needed.
Slow Rise walks you from a jar of flour and water to a crackling, open-crumb loaf in six short chapters. You will learn how to start and keep a starter alive, read the dough instead of the clock, and fix the five most common problems: flat loaves, gummy crumb, pale crust, sour overload and a sleepy starter.
Inside: a printable weekend baking schedule, troubleshooting tables and plain advice from a baker who learned it all in a small home kitchen.

About this service
A menu is read in seconds, so it has to be laid out in clear sections, with dish names, short descriptions and prices lined up, and allergens marked the same way everywhere. Send your current menu as a Word file, a PDF with selectable text or an Excel list, and we lay it out with sections such as starters, mains and drinks, consistent dish and price lines, dietary and allergen symbols with a key and a short note on service charge or allergies. You get a printable PDF on A4 pages and an editable Word file to update prices yourself.

Questions and answers
Will the menu match my restaurant's branding?
No. You get a clean text layout without your logo, fonts or colours. A designer can use our Word file as the text source.
Will you check the allergen information?
No. We lay out the allergens exactly as you give them. Allergen rules are strict in many countries, so check every dish yourself before printing.
Can I change prices later?
Yes, in the Word file. Edit the prices and save a new PDF from Word.
Can you add photos or a logo?
No, the files contain text and tables only. Add images in Word yourself after delivery if you need them.
