About this service
Chrome Web Store and Shopify App Store have their own search boxes, and both rank listings mostly by the words in the name, short description and details, with little room for each. We research the terms users type when looking for an extension or app like yours, sort them by how close they are to what it does, and suggest how to fit the most important ones into the name, summary or tagline and description without keyword stuffing, which both stores reject. You also see which competitor listings use which phrases.
What is included
- What you getA keyword table for your listing with relevance and priority, competitor phrases, and suggested name, summary or tagline and description wording that stays within the store's character limits. You get it on the order page and as an Excel file.
- Store search termsWhat users type in the store, not on Google

What we need from you
A link to your listing or a description of the extension or app, which store it is for, the main features, two to five competitor listings and the current listing text if it exists.
We will ask you:
- Is it a Chrome extension, a Shopify app or both?
- What does it do, in one sentence?
- Which listings are your closest competitors?
- Which languages is the listing in?

Questions and answers
Do store keywords differ from Google keywords?
Yes. Store searchers already know they want an extension or app, so they type short task phrases, such as "tab manager" or "product reviews".
Can I put keywords in the app name?
One clear descriptive term can help, but both stores penalize stuffed names. We suggest wording that reads as a real product name.
Will you update my listing?
No, we do not need access to your developer or partner account. You paste the suggested wording yourself.
