About this service
We bring back childhood photos from the family archive: school portraits, birthday parties, first steps, holidays at the sea. Colour prints from the 1970s to the 1990s often turn orange or pink as their dyes fade, and instant photos lose contrast, so we even out the cast, remove scratches and fingerprints and recreate small missing bits to fit. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, good for a birthday slideshow, a gift or a small print, not for a large one.

Questions and answers
Can you fix photos that turned completely orange?
Usually yes: we bring back natural skin, sky and clothing colours. If one colour has almost vanished from the print, the result is a close reconstruction rather than the exact original shades.
Will the child's face stay the same?
It stays recognizable, but the picture is redrawn, so small features, freckles or the writing on a T-shirt can differ slightly. Check it and ask for a revision if the face looks less like the original.
Are there photos you won't restore?
We keep children's photos as they are: no nudity, nothing suggestive, no faces swapped for anyone else. We don't make passport or ID photos, and we work only with family photos you have the right to use, with the permission of the people shown if they are adults now. A torn-off corner or a worn-away face is recreated to fit, not restored exactly.
