Host lines (opening)
Tom (in captain's hat): "Ahoy, crew! I'm Captain Redbeard, and this morning a seagull dropped this on our deck." (holds up a torn map) "Half a map! Legend says the other half is hidden right here, guarded by riddles only real pirates can solve. Are you real pirates?" (kids shout "Aye!") "I can't hear you over the waves!" (louder "AYE!") "Then earn your gold. Three trials, one treasure. Crews, to your ships!"
Games and contests
Cannonball relay (20 min)
Each crew carries water balloons on a big spoon to their "ship" (a hula hoop) 10 metres away. A dropped "cannonball" goes back to the start. The crew with the most balloons in 3 minutes wins a map piece. Rain option: use ping-pong balls indoors.
Knots & riddles (20 min)
Two tasks per crew: tie a simple knot from a picture card, and solve 3 riddles. Example: "I have a bed but never sleep, a mouth but never eat. What am I?" (A river.)
Treasure hunt (35 min)
Five clues in rhyme lead around the yard. Clue 1: "Where green things grow and the hose sleeps tight, look under the pot that's painted white." The last clue leads to a chest with gold coin bags for everyone — no crew loses.

About this service
A company anniversary has to do two jobs in one evening: honor the history and the founders, and give staff, partners and clients a good time that does not feel like another meeting. We write the scenario around your milestones: the opening, a short story of the company told through moments and people, speeches in a set order, awards, interactive blocks for teams and a finale. The host or your events team runs it from the script, with every cue for sound, screen and stage marked.

What we need from you
The company age and key milestones, who will speak, whether awards are planned, the guests (staff only or also partners and clients), the venue, the length of the evening and the tone you want.
We will ask you:
- How old is the company, and what are its key milestones?
- Who will speak, and for how long?
- Who are the guests?
- Where will it take place, and what equipment does the venue have?

Questions and answers
Can you include a video or slides about our history?
Yes. We write the voice-over text or slide captions for the history block and mark where they play. Producing the video is up to you.
How do we keep speeches short?
Each speaker gets a time slot and a suggested topic in the script, and the host lines include a polite way to wrap up.
Can the evening work for remote staff?
Yes, tell us if part of the team joins online. We add moments for them, such as greetings from other offices and games that work over video.
