Host lines (opening)
Tom (in captain's hat): "Ahoy, crew! I'm Captain Redbeard, and this morning a seagull dropped this on our deck." (holds up a torn map) "Half a map! Legend says the other half is hidden right here, guarded by riddles only real pirates can solve. Are you real pirates?" (kids shout "Aye!") "I can't hear you over the waves!" (louder "AYE!") "Then earn your gold. Three trials, one treasure. Crews, to your ships!"
Games and contests
Cannonball relay (20 min)
Each crew carries water balloons on a big spoon to their "ship" (a hula hoop) 10 metres away. A dropped "cannonball" goes back to the start. The crew with the most balloons in 3 minutes wins a map piece. Rain option: use ping-pong balls indoors.
Knots & riddles (20 min)
Two tasks per crew: tie a simple knot from a picture card, and solve 3 riddles. Example: "I have a bed but never sleep, a mouth but never eat. What am I?" (A river.)
Treasure hunt (35 min)
Five clues in rhyme lead around the yard. Clue 1: "Where green things grow and the hose sleeps tight, look under the pot that's painted white." The last clue leads to a chest with gold coin bags for everyone — no crew loses.

About this service
A skit at a company party or on a conference stage is performed by colleagues, not actors, in front of their own managers, so the jokes have to land for everyone in the room and still feel safe on Monday morning. We write skits built on shared workplace experience, such as the never-ending meeting, the printer, the launch that slipped, with parts that non-actors can read from a card and leaders who are happy to laugh at themselves. Nobody is the butt of a joke without agreeing to it first.
What is included

What we need from you
The event and audience, the slot length, who is willing to perform and their roles at work, shared jokes and situations everyone knows, the company's year in a few lines and topics to avoid.
We will ask you:
- What is the event, and who is in the audience?
- Who will perform, and how comfortable are they on stage?
- Which shared jokes or situations should appear?

Questions and answers
Can managers take part?
Yes, and audiences love it. We give them parts where they laugh at themselves, which always plays better than jokes aimed at staff.
Can it work for an international team?
Yes. Tell us, and we keep humour visual and situational rather than based on wordplay that does not translate.
Do you stage or perform it?
No. We write the script; you and your cast rehearse and perform it.
