About this service
Google Shopping shows your product image right next to other stores' offers for the same search, so a clean, accurate picture on a plain background is what earns the click. We make your product photo into that image: the product alone, centred and large, on white or a light plain background with even light, with no text, badges, watermarks or borders added. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels (around 1200 x 1200 pixels), suitable for your store pages and Merchant Center but not for large prints, and because the picture is redrawn, small text and logos on the product may change slightly.
What is included
- What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 product images as PNG files of about 1.5 megapixels, one per picture in your package, ready for the store pages your product feed links to.
- No promo overlaysNo text, price, badge, watermark or border on the picture
- Plain backgroundWhite or light, with nothing behind the product
- The exact itemThe variant and colour you actually sell
- Pack as soldOne item or the full multipack, as in your listing
- Clear in small tilesThe product large in the frame for small result tiles
How it works
- 1UploadYou send photos of the product as you sell it
- 2Clean imageWe set it alone on a plain background with even light
- 3DeliveryYou get PNG files and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP of the exact product you sell, sharp and fully in the frame. Tell us the background you want, whether the image should show one item or the whole multipack you sell, and which details, such as the colour or the label, must stay exactly as they are.
We will ask you:
- Which variant is this image for?
- Do you sell one item or a pack?
- Which background do you want?

Questions and answers
Will Google approve the image?
Google Merchant Center decides, and its image rules change. Its usual rules don't allow promotional overlays, watermarks or placeholder images and want the picture to show the product being sold accurately, so we keep ours plain; check the current product image requirements in Merchant Center Help.
Why can't you add 'free shipping' or a discount badge?
Promotional text on the product image goes against Google's usual image rules and can get an item disapproved. Put offers in your feed fields instead; the picture shows only the product.
What do you not do?
We don't change the product: no hidden defects, no added parts, no colour different from the variant in your feed. We don't make document or ID pictures, never change receipts, add no nudity and never put in a celebrity or another real person. Use photos you have the right to use; each image has a full, solid background.
